French Pink Clay, Rose Geranium & Hibiscus

Kaolin Clay

Kaolin Clay is one of the mildest and most gentle clays used in skincare. Being so versatile it can be used on all skin types, it is especially ideal for dry and sensitive skin. 

Pink Clay

The Pink clay we use is Ultra Ventilated, because of its purity is an excellent addition to our Face masks/scrubs. All our coloured clays are Cosmos and Ecocert certified, (Please see our section on ‘about us’ for the meaning of the certifications) Our Pink Clay is Organic and contains Iron oxides and trace minerals perfect for dry, sensitive and mature skin. It is also beneficial for all other skin types. 

Combined, both clays are believed to offer many benefits:

• Pink Clay is rich in silica believed to help natural elasticity in the skin and boost cell renewal.

• A great cleanser, clearing dead skin cells and absorbing impurities from the pores helping to clear acne.

• Helps to calm and soothe skin, aiding inflammation and irritation, resulting in a smoother complexion.

Rose Geranium Essential Oil

Rose Geranium is believed to have similar properties to Lavender Oil in that it promotes relaxation and reduce anxiety. It is considered to:

• Balance the skins natural oil production.

• Have anti-oxidant and anti-aging properties, tightening the skin. 

It is important to note that essential oils contain natural allergens that can cause adverse reactions in some people. If you do show any signs of an adverse reaction, stop using the product.

Fine Hibiscus

Fine hibiscus contains natural acids which helps to break down dead skin cells and encourage cell renewal. In its fine texture form it provides gentle exfoliation to the skin. 

Hibiscus has high levels of an antioxidant called Myricetin which is known to prevent collagenase which is known to break down collagen. It’s for this reason hibiscus is thought to aid with keeping a youthful complexion when used in skincare.

Ingredients: Kaolin, Montmorillonite, Illite, (Pink French Clay) Hibiscus Sabdariffa Flower, Pelargonium Graveolens Leaf Oil (Rose Geranium), *Citral *Citronellol *Geraniol *Limonene *Linalool *Naturally occurring allergens within Essential oils.

Directions: Remove the seal stickers either side of the jar and gently turn and lift to remove the lid. Mix around 5g of powdered face mask/scrub with up to equal amounts of water, taking care not to generate dust. Apply over the face avoiding the eye area. Leave for a maximum of 10 minutes/ or until fully dried, then rinse off. Maximum use 2-3 times a week.

Warning: If product enters the eyes, rinse well with cold water. Store in a dry cool place. Do not store product once liquid has been added/mixed. If irritation occurs discontinue use. Not suitable for children. May stain.
